I personally have the straight-edge paring and bird’s beak knives from this set. These are my favorite brand of knives! The bird’s beak knife works awesome for taking the stems off strawberries!! These knives are super sharp so use extra caution if you are used to using dull knives!! This is a great and very useful set!
