These are my favorite brand of knives!! I personally own the 5-inch Chef Knife and find it much easier to handle than the common 8-inch chef knife. I even put my fibrox handle knives in the dishwasher! And, best of all, these knives are super sharp! (So do use caution if you are not used to using sharp knives.)
